Funeral service will be held Friday, September 1, 2 p.m. at Lantz Funeral Home with Pastor Sam Felton officiating. Hammons, of Mannford, Oklahoma was born November 21, 1937 in Carroll County, Arkansas, daughter of Raymond and Nola (Clark) Hutchens. She departed this life Sunday, August 6, 2017, in Mannford, Oklahoma at the age of 79 years.She is survived by her son, Ricky Hammons of Mannford, Oklahoma; one sister, Verbie Lemon of Harrison, Arkansas; three grandchildren, Tim Fritz and wife, Brandy, of Green Forest, Arkansas, Toshia Fritz of Berryville, Arkansas, and Coey Dale Bellinger of Conway, Arkansas; five great-grandchildren, Samantha Shelton of Edmond, Oklahoma, Kaylee Ricketts of Berryville, Kyle Ricketts, Kimberly Fritz, and Kaitlynn Fritz all of Green Forest; children by choice, Sheila Gahagan, Sandra Bradley, Donna Vergara, Billy Garner and Victor and Sandra Roberts; several nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and loved ones. She is preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Nola Hutchens; one sister, Yvonne Sisco; two daughters, Velma Remy and Penny Bellinger. Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Monday, August 14, 2017 at the Nelsons Green Forest Chapel, Green Forest, Arkansas. Graveside service and Interment will be at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at the Carrollton Cemetery, Alpena, Arkansas with Pastor Heath Kirkpatrick officiating under the direction of Nelson Funeral Service.
